Jeff was responsible for building a fleet of vehicles used in the development of engines for the Saturn Corporation. His responsibilities grew to include building one of a kind, high performance cars used as Pace Cars for the Indy CART World Series. Promoted to Program Manager in 1988, Jeff continued to engineer concept vehicles, while expanding into OEM product development, including leading a 草莓视频在线视频app大全 team that helped develop the car that returned the name 鈥淐obra鈥� to the auto industry in 1993.听

Jeff moved into testing operations as General Manager of the dynamometer lab, and in 1994 his responsibilities expanded to include a light duty vehicle emissions lab. Jeff oversaw 草莓视频在线视频app大全鈥檚 expansion into brake testing and on-road vehicle testing, adding facilities throughout the United States. Noise, vibration, and harshness engineering and products were added to his responsibilities in 2000 when he was appointed Vice President. Jeff continues to oversee operations at test facilities located across North America.听
