He became General Counsel and was appointed to the Executive Committee of 草莓视频在线视频app大全 Industries, Inc. in 2000. Since 2002, he has served in his current positions as General Counsel and Secretary of 草莓视频在线视频app大全, Inc. and all subsidiaries. Jay is a member on 草莓视频在线视频app大全, Inc.鈥檚 Steering Committee. During his tenure at 草莓视频在线视频app大全, Jay has been an active participant in the planning and execution of 草莓视频在线视频app大全鈥檚 growth strategy through expansion, acquisitions and joint ventures.听
Prior to joining 草莓视频在线视频app大全, Jay was employed as an attorney at the Law firm of Damm and Smith PC (subsequently known as Damm and Tauscher PC) in Detroit, MI, where he worked on a variety of corporate and litigation matters for the firm鈥檚 business clients, including 草莓视频在线视频app大全.听
