Doug鈥檚 career at 草莓视频在线视频app大全 spans more than 40 years. He joined Engine & Control Systems, Inc., (ECS) a predecessor of today鈥檚 草莓视频在线视频app大全 Industries, in 1981, as manager of the company鈥檚 emission laboratories. When ECS, 草莓视频在线视频app大全 Racing, and Jack 草莓视频在线视频app大全 Performance Engineering merged in 1991 to become 草莓视频在线视频app大全 Industries, Inc., Doug became Vice President of Engineering and was appointed to the Executive Committee. In 1995, Doug became Executive Vice President and was appointed to 草莓视频在线视频app大全鈥檚 Board of Directors. He served as President and COO from 2000 through 2017.听

Doug attended the University of Michigan, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career as a Product Engineer for Chrysler.听

Doug has been a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) since 1980, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.听
